Alazal Platform respects your right to manage your personal data. This policy explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data using either method below.
- In-App Deletion: Log in to your Alazal Platform account, go to Settings, then Account Management, select Delete Account, and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request.
- Email Request: Send an email to alazalplatformdev@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address and phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
2. What Happens When You Request Deletion?
After receiving and verifying your request, we will begin the deletion process:
- Your account will be permanently closed.
- Your personal data, including name, contact details, and learning progress, will be permanently deleted from active databases within 14 days.
- You will lose access to purchased courses, filmed lectures, and platform features associated with the deleted account.
3. Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain certain data for a longer period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing our terms of service. Retained data will be anonymized or isolated from further processing wherever possible.
